My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The beach was beautiful and a pleasant place to relax, while the improvements to the dining offered good surprises. We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel, with friendly staff and a fantastic beach. The kids especially loved the massive pool and water slide. However, the dining options were repetitive and sometimes the quality was lacking. Overall, it’s a decent place, but some improvements in food variety would make it even better.

The resort has a stunning environment, and the beach is absolutely beautiful. While some staff members like Evelin and Ariette were incredible and made us feel welcome, our overall experience was marred by rudeness from some local guests and issues with room safety and cleanliness around the pool areas. It’s clear the management is trying, but our experience was disappointing given the amount we spent on our stay.
